We want to help you achieve your dreams, but first we need to know if your dreams line up with your budget.  In order to do so, you need to know what price point you can afford, get your financing in order and learn what price point you should stay under.  Don’t worry. If you do not have a financial consultant or lender, we will put you in touch with our lending experts who will help get your organized and then pre-approved.  Once you are pre-approved and we know your price targets, we will set up a meeting to walk through your goals and needs, while identifying the locations and types of properties where all is achievable.  We will help get you set up to identify the right properties to go see. We don’t just let the systems run or make you do all the work. We do a lot of legwork for our buyers. We call/email/network all local agents in your target areas to see what they have off-market, we search our database of potential sellers and match you with opportunities before they go live on the market, we set you up in all search systems to notify you when a proper match comes on the market or changes prices, we mail your target neighborhoods looking for new sellers, etc.  Once we identify the property for you, we will walk you through the offer process and give you our candid advice on value, buying strategy and then prepare the proper agreements to get the offer process started. Once an offer is accepted, we will help manage the entire escrow process, including inspections, vendor consultations, loan process, etc. We will guide for from beginning to end.
