Marina del Rey is an unincorporated seaside community in Los Angeles county. Fisherman’s Village offers a view of Marina del Rey's dominant feature, the Marina, the world’s largest man-made small craft harbor

The west side of Marina del Rey borders the Pacific Ocean, and includes the famous Venice Pier, as well as the popular Washington Avenue restaurant and nightlife district, adjacent to Venice Beach.  This area, known as the Peninsula, has a number of single-level condos and multi-level townhomes for sale.  It’s possible to find a condo here that sits adjacent to the sand on one of the least-trafficked beaches in Los Angeles County.
