    • In escrow it is common for buyers to find issues with properties during their investigations.  We have access to high-quality, accountable contractors, handymen, HVAC repair, sewer line repair, etc., so you can negotiate from a position of strength and armed with numbers.  If work needs to get done, we will manage it for you.
