Over his years in the business, Brian recognized the lack of attention the real estate market put on the condominium marketplace. Most agents and brokerages avoid these transactions, as they are more time consuming, complex and difficult to manage and close. He also felt the real estate market was lacking accountability and was challenged by the fact that most real estate agents only care about their commissions, not the outcome for their clients. Prior to becoming a Santa Monica real estate agent, Brian founded and developed Maser Enterprises Inc., a multi-faceted real estate foreclosure, bankruptcy, lending and technology agency in Los Angeles with more than $100 million of real estate investment capital from high net-worth individuals. His broad-based experience buying, selling and managing distressed properties enables him to maneuver through many unique issues that may arise during any sale or purchase.
Brian is praised by his clients for selling their properties for the highest value in the shortest period of time. Brian’s listings average less than 30 days on the market and typically sell for 6% more than the sales price of other agents.
He has spent many years on the Westside becoming an expert in current market values, managing smart and strategic marketing campaigns for each property he sells, and providing unmatched service.

Brian is originally from Miami, FL and moved to Venice, CA in 1999. He is a true entrepreneur, with a creative flare for innovation, economics and communication. Brian lives on the Westside of LA with his family.
