The buyer invested $140,000 or about $100 per Square Foot. Overall, this was a 3 month project converting the unit from its original condition. Project: Full Renovation

This property was in original condition and had a very challenging floor plan. The previous owner sold the property in “as in” condition. The Maser team managed the renovation for our buyer from start to sold. We completely redesigned the layout of the kitchen and laundry area, created modern open floor plan that connected the kitchen and living space making this small unit feel larger and brighter. We managed the contractors, the city permits, HOA permission process, moving walls, adding new lighting, new floors, custom cabinetry, new doors, custom skylights, drastic overhauls of the bathrooms, picking out fixtures, appliances, etc. The total project cost approximately $200,000 and involved three months of actual labor. Client profit was over $200,000 and a record sale in the complex.
