As an expert in real estate, I’ve found that the condo sales process is often seen as unique and is quite different from the regular single family sales process. This is because condos, unlike other properties, are part of a home owner’s association. When buying a condo, you have to consider the additional HOA docs and understand all the restrictions that come with owning one. There are also typically more steps to buying a condo than just making an offer and closing the sale.
