Per the seller: We have loved living here – it is quiet and private with amazing light and views. the sleeping areas are so quiet and relaxing. while we are technically an Ocean Park Blvd address, we have never noticed that since we are set back and secluded. the 2nd floor is our favorite space in the whole house and we have hosted tons of amazing parties… that have spilled out to the garden. we purchased the place for the 2nd floor but also the garden. how rare is it to have a condo and such a quiet and perfect garden and recreation space. as new yorkers, we ADORE the fact that we can walk to main street in santa monica to have coffee every morning and then head over to the beach with the dogs. we own bikes and ride them everywhere. I will often ride my bike over to whole food to do the grocery shopping. Tt is amazing to have access to the farmers market every sunday and be able to walk there. every tuesday nights, the food trucks are in the heritage museum parking lots. we are a short drive to everywhere fun on the westside.
