We know what to review and the standards for these transactions. We will look to see how the offer matches up with your goals and needs, so we can recommend a response.
HOW DO WE ASSESS?
We review the buyer’s proof of funds and financial information. We speak directly with their lender. We review the lender’s loan package to confirm they have received and reviewed the buyer’s tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, etc.
WHY DO WE DO THIS?
Well, we want to assure the buyer is very qualified and the lender is confident they can close the loan. We also want to know what issues the lender needs to address to get the deal done.
