HOW DO WE ASSESS?
We review the buyer’s proof of funds and financial information, and speak directly with their lender. We review the lender’s loan package to confirm they have received and reviewed the buyer’s tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, and other requirements.
WHY DO WE DO THIS?
We want to ensure that the buyer is highly qualified and the lender is confident they can close the loan. We also want to know what issues the lender needs to address to get the deal done.
