WHAT IS A BUYER PACKAGE?
The Buyer Package will give Buyers a chance to review all the necessary paperwork, before you open escrow, and allow both parties to answer questions and concerns before committing to one another; thus minimizing any issues during the process. Less surprises, less chances of issues during your sale. All this will be provided on our website for Buyers to review on your property page.
